Instead of manually double-bagging your material, Honey Packs come ready to use. Each bag features a 25-micron inner layer for filtration and a 120-micron outer layer that provides additional structural support during pressing.

Because the outer layer has a larger micron rating, anything that passes through the 25-micron filter layer will also pass freely through the outer layer. This means the effective filtration remains at 25 microns while benefiting from the added strength of a second bag.

In addition to simplifying preparation, the dual-layer design helps distribute pressure more evenly throughout the bag, reducing stress points and lowering the risk of blowouts during extraction.

Honey Packs are manufactured from food-grade nylon mesh and feature ultrasonic-welded seams, creating a stronger and more consistent bond than traditional stitched seams.

Simply fill the bag, pre-press your material, fold the top correctly, and you're ready to press.

We heve observed yield improvements of up to 2% compared to conventional setups. While that may seem like a small increase, it can make a significant difference when processing larger volumes of material.
