Returns of faulty Products: Honeycomb Press offers complimentary technical support for products that are within the warranty period of 1 year. This includes covering the expenses related to shipping, necessary spare parts, and repairs. Returns Zippay: Please be aware that when you initiate a return and receive a store credit, any outstanding payments will still need to be settled as per your original agreement. The return of item(s) does not exempt you from fulfilling your payment obligations. However, we are pleased to inform you that you will receive a store credit equivalent to the full amount you initially paid, which can be used for immediate purchases.
