Returns Condition: We kindly request that items be returned within 30 days of purchase, maintaining their original condition. It is important that items are returned in their original packaging and in the same state as when you received them. Please understand that returns not meeting these conditions cannot be accepted. Once we have received and approved your return, we will promptly send you a store credit via email. The store credit will remain valid for a generous period of 3 years from the date it is issued. Returns of faulty Products: Honeycomb Press offers complimentary technical support for products that are within the warranty period of 1 year. This includes covering the expenses related to shipping, necessary spare parts, and repairs. We are committed to thoroughly assessing the situation and undertaking the appropriate steps, which may involve repairing or exchanging the product.

It is important to note that in cases where an item has incurred damage due to abnormal use, Honeycomb Press is not obligated to provide a refund, exchange, or repair.

Returns Zippay: Please be aware that when you initiate a return and receive a store credit, any outstanding payments will still need to be settled as per your original agreement. The return of item(s) does not exempt you from fulfilling your payment obligations. However, we are pleased to inform you that you will receive a store credit equivalent to the full amount you initially paid, which can be used for immediate purchases. It is important to note that this store credit will remain valid for a period of 2 years from the date of issuance, allowing you sufficient time to make the most of it.
